Abstract

After the democratic revolution, the social status and fertility of ethnic minority women have undergone great changes. Women's freedom of marriage and reproduction, their family status has been improved, their occupation has been protected by law, and a new political situation has been presented, which is a manifestation of social development and the progress of human civilization. The academic circles mainly study the social status of ethnic minority women, marriage and family, social customs, education and work achievements, religious belief and other aspects, but the change of social status and fertility of ethnic minority women from the marriage customs needs to be further studied in the future.
